SHIPPING
Upon cleared payment, all orders will be on a 5-8 business day production time. All orders will then be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage mail within the contiguous U.S. USPS Ground Advantage mail gives an estimate of 2-5 business days in transit. That may vary due to extreme weather conditions and holidays in which we can not control. We are not responsible for packages once we have shipped them. If the shipping company causes an issue with your item or the shipping, we will assist in getting the issue resolved. We track all orders and will send you tracking as well to check the status of your purchase. Please be aware of the shipping ETA so that you may intercept your package. If you are concerned about an item being left on your door step, you can upgrade your shipping to include signature confirmation. USPS charges a fee of $2.90 in addition to USPS Ground Advantage rate charged. If your order is urgent we will gladly expedite it. Please let us know in the note section of order if you require the mentioned shipping upgrades and we will bill you accordingly.
ORDERS AND NON-REFUND POLICY
Right now we can not offer a refund or exchange due to the make to order content and scale of our operation. In the future, we hope to offer this to our customers. All orders are non-refundable. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Placement of an order is a binding agreement and all orders are considered final. The description of goods and price are agreed to between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Once you have received the items, we are not liable for any changes or damages to them. We examine, hand pack, and track all shipments to insure a safe delivery. All products are given true and accurate descriptions and include a sizing chart and care instructions.
